  • Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice by email.
  • First-month guarantee: put your link on your website within 7 days, and if no patient completes the check in your first 30 days, your first month is refunded in full.
  • Founding rate holds until the live dashboard and patient follow-up ship. After that $2,500 a month, with 60 days' notice first.
  • Paid by card through Stripe. Your page goes live when the payment clears.

Questions

Is this HIPAA-covered? What do you collect about patients?

Nothing that identifies a patient. The page asks six multiple-choice questions and never asks for a name, email, phone number, date of birth or free text. We store only the answers, the score and which button was pressed. It isn't designed to receive protected health information.

What do patients see?

Your practice name and procedures, six quick questions, and then either your booking link (ready patients: score 70 or more and able to meet within two weeks) or your office phone and website. Try it in step 2.

How do patients find the page?

You link it from your website, your Google Business Profile and your Instagram or Facebook. After signup you get a setup page with the link and a ready-made button for your web person. Each place gets its own link so the Monday email shows which one sends patients.

What's in the Monday email?

Last week's totals: how many people opened your page, finished the questions, were ready to book, and pressed book or call, broken down by where they came from.

Can I change my details later?

Yes. Email founder@avieros.com with the change and it's made on your page.

How do I cancel?

Email founder@avieros.com. Billing stops at the end of the 30-day notice and your page comes down within 7 days. Full details are in the Terms.

Do you guarantee consultations?

No. The page helps patients decide whether to book. We don't promise any number of visits, consultations or procedures. What we do guarantee: if your link is on your website within 7 days of going live and no patient completes the check in your first 30 days, email us and your first month is refunded in full.
